Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Dry roasted and ground cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves paste
- 1/2 tsp Cilantro leaves paste
- 1 tbsp Dried Mango Powder (Amchur)
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt (also known as Rock Salt)
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Pinch Sugar
- 5 cups Cold Water
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves (for garnishing)
Method:
- In a bowl mix all of the above ingredients except the water and mix well.
- Add the cold water. Garnish with mint leaves if you want and serve it chilled.
