Top Recipes..Bean Sprouts with Ginger

Ingredients:

3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 1-inch fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 lb. bean sprouts

Method:

1.Heat the oil in a wok.
2.Add onion and fry until soft.
3.Add ginger and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
4.Stir in the remaining ingredients, increase the heat to moderately high and stir fry for 3
minutes, or until the bean sprouts are cooked through but still crisp.
Served at once.
